Finding new footpaths

Tuesday my friend and I took a new route. we decided that we had to go a different direction with all the new building that is going in our village we are losing the odd footpath. So far we’ve had four building constructions going on, with one finished and the other three still not finished.

Some of the footpaths that we loved walking through are gone, along with the wild orchids that used to grow along the grass verge. Our village will no longer be, at the rate that its going at the moment we ‘ll soon be connected to the nearby towns like Witham and Braintree.

Funny thing is, they are giving names to the new builds like meadow views and then they start building right across so no longer will they have meadow views…… and lake views so down comes trees I suppose so that the new residents will enjoy the lake.

As we have been walking through the years and have come across footpath signs, now we’ve decided that time has come to find out where it will lead. Looking forward to see where it’ll take us.
