Once again we have a frosted countryside. Walked out of the house with the intension off just doing a short walk! But as I got to sheepcots lane the sun was out it was very cold but soon warmed up, so I just kept going passed goslings barn and the Raimbows small holding.

By then I was feeling quite warm so thought may as well keep going to the little Bradwell Church and since I was here may as well walk down to watery lane so followed the road ((cut hedge lane)) the grass verge covered in frost shining like little diamonds.

Walked a little way through the gate but watery Lane is sure well named, the path was under water and I did not fancy wet feet, perhaps next time might be a good idea to bring Wellington boots.

Now time to head home cutting through the gravel works, the ground still hanging on to the frost crystals. On the way saw roe deer and a Commoron by the quarry lake and arrived home 2 hours later feeling energised! Not bad for a short walk.

Spring is sure taking its time coming this year.
